1.Upon booking you are agreeing to complete a health declaration confirming your fitness to attend the planned event.
2.It is the attendees responsibility to obtain appropriate health and travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
3.Deposits and Early Bird Prices (Paid in Full) are Non-Refundable
4.Flights/Transfers are not included within the price of the retreat and you are responsible for arranging these yourself to and from.
5.In the event of needing to cancel the following will apply:

- 6 Months before retreat: Full refund minus the deposit of £200
- 4 Months before: 50% of funds minus the deposit of £200
- 2 Months before 30% of Funds minus £200 deposit

- Less than 30 days - No refund.
